Nature's Edge

Nature's Edge: Balance Ecology, Community & Economy is an online serious game developed within the framework of the A-AAGORA project to engage participants in exploring the challenges and opportunities of sustainable coastal management. Designed as an educational and interactive learning tool, the game immerses players in complex decision-making processes where environmental, social, and economic priorities must be carefully balanced.

In the game, players take on the role of a coastal decision-maker responsible for guiding the long-term development of a coastal region. Through a series of strategic choices and evolving scenarios, they must address pressing issues such as ecosystem conservation, community well-being, economic development, and climate-related pressures.
